Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Fotche, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. Fotche is developed and operated by Agency.Pizza.

License

Fotche is licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fotche on the number of macOS devices specified by your plan.

The number of devices, the duration of included updates, and other entitlements depend on the plan you choose at the time of purchase. Current plans and their details are listed on the pricing page.

For plans that include a fixed update period: after that period ends, the app continues to work as-is, but new updates require renewal or an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

Free trial

Fotche offers a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, the app stops functioning until you purchase a license.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to local taxes.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after purchase.

Before buying, you can evaluate Fotche fully with our 7-day free trial — no credit card required. The trial gives you complete access to every feature so you can make an informed decision. Because a full trial is available, we are unable to issue refunds once a license has been purchased.

If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us at iam@fotche.app and we will look into it.

What you may not do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software to others
• Share your license key publicly or with unauthorized users
• Use the software for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Your data

Fotche does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. All font data, collections, and settings remain on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

Fotche, its name, logo, and all associated materials are the property of Agency.Pizza. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Your fonts remain yours. Fotche reads and organizes font files on your system but does not claim any ownership over your font library.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep Fotche reliable and compatible with current macOS releases, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every system configuration. Updates are provided at our discretion during your license period.

Limitation of liability

Fotche is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency.Pizza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Our total liability for any claim related to Fotche will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Fotche and delete all copies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of Fotche after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
